A Model Was Pulled Overnight. Was Your Firm Running On It?

Most advisers never asked themselves what happens if the AI model their firm runs on simply stops existing. Not degraded. Not quietly updated. Gone. On June 12, 2026, that question got answered for everyone, without warning.

That is why AI governance cannot be treated as a one-time vendor approval, a policy you adopt once, or an implementation project you close out. If the workflow is live, the governance has to stay live too.
